Joy Sports settles the debate on whether the introductory lines of the Hearts of Oak anthem have been corrupted as concocted by many.
The line "Arose Arose" -"be quiet and don't be silly” were indeed part of the composer- (Late Nii Teye Ashitey's) idea - but the compilation enjoyed by many football fans differs greatly from the original Hearts of Oak Anthem in melody and Lyrics.
The 20-minute documentary by Joy Sports George Addo Jnr lays bare the facts about Ghana most loved football Anthem and spells out the evolution of the famous “Arose Arose” tune of the continental masters.
