The Pharmacy Council together with the Central Regional police have begun an exercise to stop the sale of drugs in vehicles.
According to the Council the activities of these drug peddlers is posing serious risks to the public.
Joy News’ Central Regional correspondent Richard Kojo Nyarko reports that the Council wants such drug peddlers to be registered, certified and obtain appropriate facilities to sell their wares if they want to escape prosecution.
The Regional Manager of the Council, Appiah Baffour is therefore warning persons who carry these activities to desist from it or face prosecution.
