Ghana Football Association technical director Oti Akenteng has lauded President Kwasi Nyantakyi for introducing new measures to help improve the local game.
The Ghana FA has contracted InStat Football to help provide football analysis of matches in the top-flight.
The statistics and analysis on performances will help coaches to scout their opponents and improve their players.
“This is very good and it will go a long way to help develop our game, no one should doubt it because it is very good,” he told Joy Sports
“This will improve our technological knowledge and I entreat on all coaches to pick it up and use it when it is implemented.
“We are very grateful to the president Kwasi Nyantakyi for thinking about this and the executive committee in general because I believe this will help us a lot.”
The Instat software has been introduce to track data of players during games
