Ten (10) Points: Why It's Dangerous for The Jean Mensah Led Electoral Commission To Print Ballot Papers Without Certified Voters Register (Ballot Statistics)
I repeat, it's true that all credible opinion polls are in FAVOUR of John Dramani Mahama and the NDC, but the only way to be certain about this victory to RESET GHANA AND RECOVER ALL THE LOOT is TO:
- Institutional Decay: Currently, apart from the NDC, there’s no institution or personality in this country that can courageously call this corrupt NPP government to order for commission of democratic excesses. Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election violence and the killing of eight (8) Ghanaians during elections 2020 refers. The invasion of parliament by armed military on January 6, 2021, without repercussions also remains a blot on the conscience of this Parliament. The Akufo-Addo Bawumia government cares NOT!
- Given the intentional criminality supervised and committed by this government and the NPP's fear of withdrawal from the Flagstaff House after leaving office on midnight January 6, 2025, Akufo Addo prefers to die than to handover to John Mahama.
- The above has emboldened the NPP to go all out to try to rig the elections without any public censure. And evidently, the Jean Mensah led Electoral Commission is also aiding this rigging machinery. But they'll fail! They'll fail because we shall expose them every step of the way and hold their feet collectively to the fire of accountability when President Mahama is sworn into office on January 7, 2025.
- Otherwise, why would Jean Mensah wish to print ballot papers without a certified register? Which ballot statistics does she intend to rely on?
- For example, how many ballot papers (➕️ allowable % of excess) will the Electoral Commission print for each constituency when we do not know the accurate number of voters?
- Note that I continue to make the court of public opinion aware of these electoral issues because after the elections once the results are declared whether flawed or genuine, the only democratic avenue open to the aggrieved party is to challenge the outcome in Court. Meanwhile, for obvious reasons, President Mahama has emphatically declared he is not resorting to the courts.
- Strong and credible evidence suggests the national popular votes is in favour of NDC. But these popular votes can be neutralized/swallowed by the wicked agenda of NPP to stuff the ballot boxes with about one million already thumbprinted ballot papers, which can be derived from excess ballots floating around.
- Recall that in the 2020 elections, criminally printed ballot papers were discovered by the NDC in one of the Electoral Commission's accredited printing firms. Yet no sanctions have been occasioned.
- The fact is, in the heat of sorting and counting of ballots at the polling stations, very few people check for fake or genuine ballots. Even if your agent identifies any (which they will this year with #EAGLEEYES), the best they can do is not to sign the pinksheet if the Presiding Officer is compromised. HOWEVER, FAILURE TO SIGN PINKSHEET DOES NOT INVALIDATE THE RESULTS DECLARED!
