Okyenhene elevates Chief of Akyem-Muoso

The Okyenhene, Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin has elevated the chief of Akyem-Muoso, from the status of Barima to Osabarima.

At a durbar to announce the promotion, the overlord commended Osabarima Dr. Owusu Beyeeman for his sterling leadership skills and his developmental agenda drive in his traditional area.

At the ceremony that saw the elevation of two other Barima's to Osabarima, Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin also praised him for his loyalty, commitment and dedication to the Akyem -Abuakwa Traditional Council, its values and traditions.

" Today I promote you from Barima to Osabarima due to your achievement in the areas of education, health and our traditional values. I highly appreciate your efforts hence your elevation". He said

He, however, advised him including the others to humble themselves and lead his people to achieving development.

"Your elevation doesn't mean you should go back and lord over your people. I expect you to go and work to ensure you lead in the development of your respective areas," he advised.

Osabarima Dr Owusu Beyeeman in his reaction assured to lead his people diligently.

He promised the Okyenhene of his unflinching support in all areas of development.

Osabarima Dr Owusu Beyeeman was enstooled the Chief of Akyem-Muoso barely a year ago.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ready Oil Limited, an Oil Marketing Company.

Known in private life as Samuel Kwaku Owusu-Manu, he succeeded his brother, Barima Afam Kyekyeku who resigned from 2018 to 2022 until he joined his ancestors.
