Prempeh College has begun their National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) with an emphatic victory that earned them the Airtel/Tigo Highest Scorer of the Day award pegged at Gh¢2,000.
The four-time NSMQ champions, were in a top form from the very first round when they scored 15 points ahead of Tema SHS which managed 13 points, while Nkoranza SHTS got only five points.
The gap was widened in the second round when the 'Amanfuor' doubled their tally, leaving their opponents in the teens.

Supporters of Prempeh College could not hide their excitement during and after the contest. The boys delivered with domineering brilliance by outwitting their rivals.
The Ashanti regional champions also won the Goil Riddle Bonanza for getting all the four riddles correct. They received a sum of Gh¢1,600.
