Supporters of St Peter's SHS and Chemu SHS on social media are optimistic one of the two schools will emerge victorious at the end of the first semi-final stage contest against defending champions, Presec-Legon.
They hold such hopes because Persco since the inception of the quiz has won three trophies, and Chemu SHS has this year displayed prowess and tenacity which led to the untimely exit of St Augustine's College.
But others however are cautious of their expectations since six-time champions Presec-Legon has through its performance indicated it has not come to play and means business.
The Odadie boys want to make their seventh trophy by the end of this year's contest. The opposition's dream is to see Presec-Legon fall but supporters behind the "boys in blue" say today's victory is assured.
Some suggest the school's secret weapon, the third contestant has never been employed on the show. They say his presence could easily land the school a spot in the finale.
The first contest for today will be televised on JoyNews and Myjoyonline.com
