Political Science lecturer at the University of Ghana, Prof Ransford Gyampo says the three candidates who came top at the New Patriotic Party (NPP)’s Super Delegates Elections still have a lot of work on their hands.
According to the UTAG-UG President, none of them can afford to be complacent.
Making his views on the outcome of the elections, the outspoken lecturer insisted that any candidate who becomes complacent will pay a very heavy price during the main elections on November 4.
Prof Gyampo speaking on Joy FM’s Super Morning Show on Monday, August 29, also said no candidate should have his spirit dampened.

“As I said earlier, the future of the NPP Presidential aspirants race is heavily pregnant with definitely hugely on certain possibilities and that more work must be done by all the first three.”
“All of them have a lot of work to do and no one should be complacent and no one should have his spirit dampened and I would also expect that the voters or the delegates themselves know the implications of the Super Delegates Elections and to be fired up to vote for whoever they think in their own conscience would be the best candidate as the flagbearer of their party.”
