Ashanti Regional Minister, Simon Osei Mensah, is blaming the opposition NDC for the bad roads in the region.
He says the opposition party has no moral right to question the NPP government as it left the challenge unresolved amid huge debt at the Roads Ministry.
He was addressing party members at NPP regional Women’s Conference in Kumasi.
