The National Lottery Authority's (NLA) Good Causes Foundation has made a significant impact across Ghana, completing 45 projects nationwide.
Its latest project is an ultra-modern 14-seater toilet facility for Aburi Girls Senior High School in the Akuapem South Municipality, Eastern Region.
This milestone project, funded by the Good Causes Foundation, showcases the NLA's commitment to giving back to Ghanaians.
The facility, which includes a changing room and designated areas for staff and persons with disabilities, sets a new standard for NLA projects across the nation.
At the inauguration ceremony, Director-General Sammy Awuku emphasised the importance of maintenance and responsible gaming practices.
He highlighted the NLA's growth and progress, attributing it to the dedicated team and staff, which has led to the Authority's membership in the European Lottery and reconnection with the World Lottery Association.
Mr. Awuku warned the public to beware of fake lottery operators and emphasized that lottery games are games of chance, not skill, encouraging responsible gaming practices.
