Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, the running mate to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, began her campaign tour of the Western Region on Tuesday.
According to a statement from her spokesman, James Agyenim-Boateng, the three-day tour will concentrate on constituencies where the NDC currently does not have a sitting Member of Parliament.
Professor Opoku-Agyemang will kick off her campaign in Tarkwa Nsuaem, moving through Ahanta West and Mpohor constituencies. She will also visit Shama, Essikado-Ketan, Sekondi, Takoradi, Effia, and Kwesimintsim constituencies.
Throughout the tour, she will engage with market women, traders, commercial drivers, and the general public.
The statement indicated that Professor Opoku-Agyemang's campaign in the Western Region will conclude on Thursday.
