"As a representative of the NDC, I am committed to serving the people and contributing to the development of our constituency," he added.
The Zongo Chief, expressing his gratitude, said, the donation was timely to help in the construction of the mosque.
"We are grateful for the support of Sahmudeen and the NDC. This donation will go a long way in completing the mosque, which will serve as a central place of worship and community gathering," he added.
The Deputy Chief Imam for the area, Abdullah Yahaya assured that the party's hard work will bear fruit and offered blessings for their sustained commitment to serving the community.
"We pray for the success of Lawyer Sahmudeen Mohammed Kamil and the NDC party. May their efforts be rewarded, and may they continue to support our community," he prayed.
The NDC said the donation was part of the party's commitment to community development and its dedication to serving the people.
Sahmudeen reaffirmed their commitment to serving the constituents and fulfilling their needs once the party wins the December election.
