Nabrok Foundation, a subsidiary of the Nabrok Group of Companies, has donated sewing machines, hairdryers and related accessories to fifteen 15 trainee hairdressers and seamstresses in the Asuogyaman Constituency.
The gesture, which was to mark the Easter festivities was part of the Foundation’s commitment to empower the youth and other groups in the constituency and elsewhere around the country.
In his remarks, Executive Director of the Nabrok Group Nana Abrokwa A. Asare said: “I believe that as we rise up the ladder in society, we naturally assume the responsibility of catering for others who may need our support to also rise.
"This is why I have together with my team committed to extending this support which I am confident will go a long way to place the beneficiaries on the path to prosperity."
He also encouraged the beneficiaries to make the most of the opportunity and assured them of further support to make their aim of becoming self-employed a reality.
"While hard work is largely touted as a condition for success, I can assure you that without a mix of excellence and integrity, you will fall short and fail to reach your potential. Therefore, work hard but don’t forget to take the virtues of excellence and integrity with you always,” he added.
Nabrok Foundation belongs to the Nabrok Group, a cluster of different home-grown enterprises focused on the provision of excellent service for key business areas. The group’s businesses focus on agriculture, real estate, haulage, home decorations, fashion and more.
