After a splendid performance in the game against Algeria, midfielder Mubarak Wakaso has been handed a starting role in Ghana's crucial Group C decider against the Bafana Bafana of South Africa later Tuesday evening.
Wakaso is the only change made to the side that beat Algeria on Friday.
Avram Grant kept faith with striker Jordan Ayew who would partner skipper Asamoah Gyan upfront.
In the post will be Razak Braimah with the defence manned by Harrison Afful, Baba Abdul Rahman, Daniel Amartey and Jonathan Mensah.
In midfield, Afriyie Acquah maintained his starting role thanks to his bullish display and would be supported by Wakaso in the heart of midfield.
Christian Atsu and Andre Ayew will be operating from the flanks.
