The draw for the Round of 64 stage of the MTN FA Cup was done on Wednesday, November 15, with games expected to be played at the regional level.
Holders Dreams Football Club will come up against lower-tier side Susubrifi Football Club as they commence their title defence.
Struggling Ghana Premier League side Asante Kotoko have been paired with Nations Football Club and will welcome their rivals to the Baba Yara Stadium.
The two teams met earlier this season with Nations FC claiming a point late in the game from a losing position.
Legon Cities would need to see off competition from Accra Lions at the El Wak Stadium if they are to make progress in the next round of the competition while Hearts of Oak were paired with 2011 winners of the FA Cup, Nania FC.
The Round of 64 matches are set to be played between November 28-30, 2023.
