Nee Wamakor) (A retired Principal Nursing Officer).
She was the wife of the late Mr. D.V. Owiredu former Director General of Education.
Aged: 89
Funeral Arrangements are as follows;
There will be no wake.
Lying in State: Saturday 10th March 2018 from 7am to 9am at the Ghana Police Church, Accra.
Burial Service: Saturday 10th March 2018 from 9am to 11am at the Ghana Police Church, Accra followed by Internment at the Tema Community 9 cemetery.
Final Funeral Rites: Saturday 10th March 2018 at the Ghana Police Fitness and Social Center, Cantonments from 12noon - 6pm.
Memorial and Thanksgiving Service: Sunday 11th March 2018 at 9am at the Ghana Police Church, Accra.
Children: Dr. Dorothea Addo (Physician in Indiana, USA), Dr Victoria Laast ( Vertinary Pathologist in Virginia, USA), Monica Owiredu ( Deceased) and Gordon Owiredu ( Deceased).
Attire: Saturday- Black & White / Sunday -All White.
