Member of Parliament (MP), Davis Ansah Opoku, has made a generous donation to the Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) within his constituency.
The donation, presented on Tuesday, December 19, comprised bags of rice, boxes of oil, tins of tomatoes, tin fish, and a monetary contribution of GH¢20,000.
The MP's gesture aims to assist PWDs in celebrating the Christmas festivities with their families, and he reassured them of his ongoing support.
"This afternoon, in my constituency office, I donated 2500 kilograms of rice, 500 pieces of oil, tin tomatoes and tin fish to the community of Persons With Disabilities as my modest support towards the Christmas festivities."
"I also gave an amount of GH¢20,000 to the community and assured them of my continuous support to their living," he said.
