The CAF Champions League final will be held in Morocco this season, according to the continent's football governing body.
The Senegalese Football Federation and the Royal Moroccan Football Federation have both submitted bids to host the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League final in 2022.
Following the withdrawal of the Senegalese Football Federation's application, CAF awarded the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League 2022 Final to Morocco.
Wydad Casablanca returns home for the return leg after a 3-1 first-leg win over Petro Atletico in Angola, while Al Ahly of Egypt holds a 4-0 first-leg lead over ES Setif of Algeria in the second semifinal.
On May 30, 2022, the winners of the respective ties will meet in the final.
