More than 50 companies in good standing with the International Customer Service Standard Practice are to be awarded with Gold Label Seal of Excellence in Customer Service Delivery and Consumer Relations at the 2022 National Customer Service Development Dialogue.
Dubbed, ‘‘The Night of Customer Service Excellence’’, the event is to reward and recognize excellence customer service delivery in the country.
National Customer Service Advocate in Ghana, Hector Wulff told Joy Business that the reward and recognition is to spur players on to support growth of the economy through excellent customer service delivery.
“The dialogue will be used to celebrate quality service to attract more businesses into the economy.
The Gold Label Recognition scheme is based on top customer priorities, in line with international best standard.
Global Plus LLC, a human capital development and research organization on eight key sectors that contribute to business growth and economic sustainability such as Financial Sector: General and Life Insurance, Telecommunications Sector, Retail Sector, and the Hospitality Sector.
Featuring at the event will be the launch of Ghana Customer Service Report to mark the 10th Anniversary of the Ghana Customer Service Development Initiative, powered by the Organisation for Customer Service Excellence-Ghana.
The event is themed: “Role of Customer Service in a turbulent global economy and Ghana's economic Recovery’’.
