Some P-Square and music fans are conflicted on the performance of one-half of the duo at events or concerts after the group broke up.
This comes after Paul Okoye, popularly known as King Rudy, shared a video of himself performing at a wedding ceremony in Equatorial Guinea.
In one of the videos, the artiste was seen performing a P-Square classic 'No One Like You'.

Some say that the song is the intellectual property of both brothers under the name P-Square, as such, King Rudy cannot perform those old songs without his brother.
Another school of thought is of the view that because the duo owns the song either of them should be able to perform it.
One Twitter user wrote, "In the US when groups break up, there's ALWAYS a clause in the documents that forbids any member of the erstwhile group from INDIVIDUALLY PROFITING from ANY WORK DONE BY THE GROUP! His brother should sue him for this!"

But Peter wasn’t part of the song . He didn’t sing in it. If u watch the official video of the song peter was just a video vixen . Song written produced & performed by Paul okoye

Lol Rude boy is actually the songwriter for Psquare while Peter was the dancer.

this guy is still signed to the record label, so he has every right to perform the song he wrote regardless, ya look for problems where there's none.

1. This shows that RudeBoy have not moved on from Psquare.

2. This Shows that RudeBoy doesn't have a good song suitable for an occasion like this.
3. This shows that RudeBoy is rude.

PSquare was the best
! They seriously need to sort this drama out and give us a fire album https://t.co/DvfiTsilrb
Uhm shouldn’t this be illegal? I mean the song “no one” is owned PSQUARE the group. So a single person should not be able to perform and gain from it this way. This feels wrong.
But I might be wrong and this is normal but it just feels off. Anyways it’s not my business https://t.co/nFOlX6XY9G— Timilehin ➐ (@timiparfect) December 14, 2020
Bro you're caping nonsense seriously , the song was released under P'Square. Just give me one good reason why Kizz Daniel was denied performance to songs he released under G-WorldWide ???

Lol. Peter came to Oakland sometime last year and all he did was Psquare songs.

Those of you here saying rubbish about suing @rudeboypsquare who will sue him? Is it Peter that also performs Psquare's songs? Foolish people everywhere

It’s so weird that it’s only one of them performing this song. I miss Psquare together

Madam say what you know don't just tweet to get noticed, Peter never wanted to sue Paul, rather a show promoter who used Psquare's picture instead of Paul's picture to promote his show. And incase if you don't know Peter has been the one performing Psquare songs more than Paul
— Mikky Miracle (@stainlessmikky) December 13, 2020
I don't know why they can't put differences aside and perform P Square songs as P Square. Perhaps someday they'll pull that Davido Wizkid stuff.
