Unconfirmed reports say Ghana's next opponents in the 2008 Olympic Games football qualifiers have withdrawn from the competition.
The Black Meteors were billed to host Ethiopia on August 22nd in the second match of the Olympic qualifying series.
If the withdrawal of Ethiopia is confirmed, Ghana will gain a walkover. The Meteors are grouped alongside Nigeria and South Africa in Group A of the qualifiers.
