One of the directors of the Merchant Bank board, Daniel Seddoh has been asked to take temporary responsibility for the bank until a substantive Managing Director is employed.
Dr. Seddoh is a management expert, and was the former General Manager in charge of finance and Administration at Enterprise Insurance.
He is also currently a board member of the Pension Regulatory Authority.
