The Director of Operations and Ambulatory Services at LuccaHealth Medical Center, Lynda Aboagye, has been crowned Ghana's ‘Most Outstanding Female in Healthcare and Administrative Excellence’ at the just-ended 3rd edition of the Ghana Philanthropy Awards 2024 held at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel Accra, on November, 8th.

Lynda Aboagye holds a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Health Care Management and Enterprise Risk Management, from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Management from Morgan State University.
Ms. Aboagye is LEAN, Six Sigma Certified to evaluate and implement efficient operational processes.
Before moving to Ghana, Ms. Aboagye managed several ambulatory practices at Johns Hopkins. She has extensive experience in healthcare, startups, data analytics, workforce development, and the implementation of high-quality customer service programmes.
