Ghana is preparing to elect her leaders in the December presidential and parliamentary elections.
To prevent any chaos on the Election Day, the supreme law of the land has outlined some rules that electorates must comply to ensure a violence free democratic process.
In today’s edition on The Law, JoyNews’ Samson Lardy Anyenini hosted Senior Lecturer of the University of Ghana’s Law School, Dr Abdul Baasit Aziz Bamba to enlighten on the dos and don’ts on the election day.
