His panel include: the Director of Programs of the Institute of Human Rights and Development in Africa, Edmund Amarkwei Foley; Director of the Africa Office of the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative, Mina Mensah; and Dr. Isidore Tufuor, Head of the Law Department of GIMPA.
