JoyNews, today, is hosting the maiden edition of the Impact Makers Awards - a social project aimed at recognising and celebrating ordinary people doing extraordinary things in their communities.
The objective is to afford the awardees the needed exposure and support to enable them to expand on what they do.
The event is taking place at the Labadi Beach Hotel.
