16 companies including hosts, Multimedia, are vying for the numerous awards up for grabs as well as the bragging rights at the 2019 Joy Sports Invitational.
The event is taking place at the Burma Sports Complex, Accra.
The entire competition sees teams segmented into four groups, A – D
The games include Football, Table Tennis, Volleyball, CEOs mini goal post, Basketball and Arm wrestling
Joy Sports Invitational tournament is powered by the Joy Sports and sponsored by Dolait Yoghurt, First National Bank, 1xbet, MTN and Yil Money Plus.
10:30 – Games underway. Staff of various participating companies have appeared in high spirits and created a carnival atmosphere as the games get underway.
10:45 – The opening game in football competition produced no goals as First National Bank and UMB shared the spoils.
10:50 – Football: Dolait and Stanbic also end in a goalless draw.
10:55 – Basketball, Table Tennis, Armwrestling and Volleyball competitions are also underway.
11:00 – Football: Carat Media beat MTN by a lone goal.

12:42 – MTN, GHACEM, UMB, and Nestle through to the semi-finals of the Basketball competition.
2:10 – Nestle Ghana look set to defend their Team Spirit award this year. Stunning performance.
2:50 – GOIL are champions of Table Tennis. Their rep Alexander Oduro won the final by two straight sets.

4:10 – Mr Chadi Haidar of Solitcom Limited producers of Doliat Yoghurt won CEOs mini goal post.
