LifeisTechAfrica, a subsidiary of LifeisTech Japan, is a certified corporation in the USA and a forward-thinking Edutech company dedicated to providing exceptional programming and coding education to kids and young people.

The company offers a robust and dynamic online platform that enables students to learn coding in an engaging and interactive manner.

Its curriculum has been carefully designed to cater to students from upper primary (Grade 4) to senior high school, providing age-appropriate modules that evolve as students advance in their knowledge.

LifeisTech’s platform has key features which include: • Beginner-Friendly Content that makes it easy for applicants whether they have previous coding experience or starting from scratch. The platform offers lessons that are easy to follow and progressively build up their skills

The mother company since its inception has created a niche for itself, attaining leadership in the Japanese tech education sector, empowering thousands of students across Japan through its fun, interactive, and game-based approach to learning.

Extending its frontiers to Africa is the birth of LifeisTechAfrica which is thrilled to bring these world-class educational services to Ghana and the rest of Africa, with its headquarters located in Accra, Ghana.

The company’s operational target is to enroll five hundred thousand youth into its programme.

LifeisTech uses a self-taught game-based learning model, designed to captivate the attention of students, keep them motivated, and spark their creativity.

Through this approach, students are not only learning to code, but they are also building problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a love for technology in a way that feels less like traditional classroom instruction and more like an interactive, rewarding challenge.

Through the game-based approach, comprehensive coding courses, and commitment to English language improvement, LifeisTechAfrica is not just providing an education—it is opening doors to a future filled with possibilities.

Empowering African youth through ICT and English Language Proficiency in addition to its coding programmes, LifeisTechAfrica is committed to helping students enhance their general English language proficiency.

As ICT and English are increasingly becoming intertwined in the global tech industry, mastering both skills is essential for success in today’s digital economy.

LifeisTechAfrica's curriculum is designed using an online tutor/avatar to improve students’ language skills by incorporating English instruction into its coding lessons, allowing students to become proficient communicators in the international tech space.

Speaking at the launch, Managing Director of TechisLifeAfrica, Mr Issah Gariba said the event is a turning point in the country with regards to tech and innovation as it marks the beginning of a mission that will empower Africa's youth with requisite skills that will guarantee their future.

Africa, despite its vast potential, has faced challenges in equipping its youth with the necessary skills to thrive in a technology-driven economy.

A high-end tech and innovation company which is an affiliate of the Japanese tech giant Life Tech that seeks to empower Africa’s next generation of tech leaders through Coding Education was been launched in Accra.

Mr Issah Gariba said the African continent is home to some of the world's most vibrant and innovative minds and yet has achieved little but he believes that the tech innovation his company has brought will unlock the full potential of African youth.

“By teaching young Africans how to code, we are equipping them with the tools to solve problems, create businesses, and drive innovation in their communities”.

He revealed that the ultimate vision of the company is to help build a generation of African tech leaders who will shape the future of the digital economy both on the continent and globally.

Mr Issah disclosed that programme has already started with some schools in Ghana while several African universities have reached out to them.

He said there would be mentorship and competitions and those who will excel stand the chance of gaining employment with some of their global tech giant partners.

He is therefore appealing to Ghanaians to massively embrace the programme.
