LearnTrans Limited has partnered SHL, the global leader in HR technology and psychometric science, to launch the world’s leading and most comprehensive talent management solution in Ghana.
The SHL solution was launched at a plush event on Wednesday February 12, 2020 at the Swiss Spirit Alisa Hotel in Accra attended by CEOs and Chief Human Resource Officers of leading organisations in the country.
Speaking at the launch, Mrs. Helena Naana Nelson, Executive Director and Lead Consultant at LearnTrans Ghana highlighted the importance of a comprehensive talent management system, to unlock the potential of employees in organizations and how LearnTrans has led the way in this regard over the years.
She said “employees are every organization’s greatest asset who must be empowered and equipped to deliver breakthrough outcomes that will propel the organization forward. The SHL solution allows us to support this laudable initiative through the design and deployment of the right teacher aptitude tests, to promote deserving teachers, whilst providing extensive individual and group reports to facilitate on-going teacher professional development. We would be delighted to work with the Ghana Education Service in this regard,” she added.
