The Anlo Traditional Council is poised to host the grand launch of the much-anticipated Anlo Hogbetsotso Festival 2024 on August 24th at Tsiame. This year's event, scheduled to begin at 1 pm, promises to be a vibrant celebration of Anlo culture, tradition, and heritage, drawing attendees from across the country and beyond.
The highlight of the launch will be a keynote address delivered by Ing. Dr Ken Eden Ashigbey, the CEO of the Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications. Dr Ashigbey is expected to share valuable insights related to the festival’s theme, which focuses on preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of the Anlo people.
His address is anticipated to resonate deeply with the festival's goals, providing a meaningful backdrop to the festivities.
Torgbi Agbesi Awusu II, the esteemed Awadada of Anlo Dukor, will serve as the chairman for the occasion. His leadership and presence will undoubtedly enhance the significance of the event, ensuring that the launch is not only memorable but also reflective of the deep-rooted customs and traditions of the Anlo people.
