L'AÎNÉ HR, a leading HR consulting and outsourcing firm in Ghana, celebrated its 30th anniversary with a grand dinner event at the De Icon Event Centre.
The event was attended by distinguished guests, including the Guest of Honour, Mrs. Florence Mangwe Hutchful, President of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana (CIHRMP).
In his welcome address, James Laar, Managing Director of L'AÎNÉ HR, expressed his gratitude to the company's stakeholders, staff, and clients for their support over the years.
He highlighted the company's achievements, including its introduction of innovative HR solutions, such as the first locally produced management training videos in Ghana, the first HR magazine in Ghana, and the first HR award scheme to recognize the efforts and work of HR professionals in Ghana.
Mrs. Hutchful, in her speech, praised L'AÎNÉ HR for its integrity, professionalism, and relentless pursuit of excellence.
She also expressed her pride in L'AÎNÉ HR's achievements and looked forward to partnering with the company to raise the practice of Human Resources management in Ghana to unprecedented levels.
The event was a celebration of L'AÎNÉ HR's remarkable journey, which began in 1994 with a single employee and has grown to become one of the largest and most respected HR consulting and outsourcing firms in Ghana. The company has consulted for close to 1000 organizations, directly placed about 4,638 candidates, and provided jobs for over 37,376 outsourced employees on secondment.
L'AÎNÉ HR has received over 50 industry and corporate recognitions, awards, and accolades, both in Ghana and abroad, highlighting its leadership and innovation in HR consultancy.
The company has also actively contributed to its community through various CSR initiatives, reflecting its dedication to making a positive impact beyond profit.
