President Agyekum Kufuor is expected to join other world leaders who would be attending the 24th Summit of Heads of States of Africa and France on Thursday February 15.
The two day event which would be held under the theme; Africa and World Balance, is to boost development partnership between the continent and France.
The leaders are expected to use the forum to review commitments they pledged themselves at their last meeting in 2005 in Mali.
These include trade cooperation, job creation and dismantling illegal trade networks.
One of the highlights of the meeting is the resolution on the proposed Euro-African Investment Fund to support the young people of Africa.
