The Member of Parliament for Kpando in the Volta Region, Sebastian Deh has called on his compatriots from across the globe to join forces towards the development of the constituency.
He advocated a "systematic strategic approach" to help restore the constituency to its past glory promising a transformed constituency for the common good of the constituents.
“I use this opportunity to call on my compatriots in Kpando and the diaspora to join me in building the Kpando constituency we want through a systematic strategic approach: To Repair, Revive, and Restore (RESET) the Kpando Constituency to its past glorious days”, he said in a communique copied to Myjoyonline.com.
He shared optimism about leading a transformative agenda in the Kpando Constituency, hoping to leave an indelible mark at the end of his first four-year term.
“I look forward to a wonderful and productive new year, 2025, and a transformative 4-year service term with you. God Bless our land, and our people across Kpando, Sovie, Kudzra, and Gbefi”, he said.
He acknowledged the support and guidance of individuals on his journey to becoming an MP from the internal primaries to the parliamentary elections, adding that it is an honor to be given the mandate to represent the good people of the Kpando Constituency.
He indicated his commitment to “uplifting communities” and livelihoods of his Constituents adding that “I assume this noble office guided by the principle of service with integrity.”
Mr. Deh further said that “together with your continuous support, I am confident of the great things we can achieve for our beloved constituency, region, and country.
"This is the manifestation of many prayers, positive thoughts, and actions, as well as the reward of sacrifice and months of unrelenting determination by many.”
Mr. Deh asserted that the voting population overwhelmingly endorsed President Mahama with the hope of quality leadership, hence entreating the political divide to form a synergy towards developing the country.
“The people of Ghana, at this critical time in our nation’s history, have given a resounding endorsement to His Excellency, President John Dramani Mahama, to provide the quality leadership that citizens have overwhelmingly voted for: To Reset Ghana.
“Our nation and constituency, for that matter, require our collective attention to overcome the current difficult conditions. I implore members of my party the National Democratic Congress (NDC) as well as colleagues belonging to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and other political persuasions to team up with me with a singular national purpose to work together to make our nation great and strong”, he said.
