Kumasi Asante Kotoko youth coach Ernest Appau will take charge of the senior team when they begin training.
The medical team are yet to pass the players fit to begin training after their fatal accident which happen last Wednesday.
Coach Appau who is currently the U-17 coach of Kotoko will be in charge of the senior team until coach Steve Polack fully recovers from the accident.
The medical team will look at coach Steven Polack's situation and see when he can return to work.
He has been discharged from the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and is currently receiving treatment at home.
