Premier League leaders Asante Kotoko take a huge step towards winning the double after gaining a walk-over AshantiGold in the MTN FA Cup.
Kotoko are now through to the semi-finals despite not kicking a ball at the Accra Stadium on Sunday as the Miners failed to show up for the last-eight meeting.
Referee Samuel Gyasi sounded the whistle to call off the game after 30 minutes of waiting for AshantiGold to turn up as players of Kotoko remained on the field.
The Porcupine Warriors now join Inter Allies in the next round of the Cup competition as they await two other Clubs for the last-four draw.
