Asante Kotoko will depart to Senegal on Wednesday to play their first qualifying round tie in the Caf Champions League against ASC Linguère Saint Louis on Saturday.
The Porcupine Warriors, who finished second in the previous domestic campaign, are Ghana's sole qualifiers for the continents elite club competition following the withdrawal of champions, Hearts of Oak.
Kotoko, who have endured a difficult league campaign this season, will play against division one side, Tema Youth at the Tema Park on Tuesday as they test their readiness for the weekend's qualifier.
An 18-man squad will then leave Accra on Wednesday for Dakar to face the Senegalese champions, Saint-Louis.
