Kumasi Asante Kotoko are confident an 11-day tour of Serbia this month will enhance the team’s premier league winning chances next season.
A 26-man contingent will make the trip on Saturday. The club has lined up friendly matches with a top flight side including Yaw Antwi’s FC Vojvodina.
Kotoko’s Administrative Manager Ben Nti told Joy Sports “at the end of our training tour we expect that the team will have that mental fitness as well as physical fitness. Among many other things that will help the club, are exposure and experience.”
The club is hoping the Ghana FA will release Assistant Coach Maxwell Konadu for the pre-season tour. Konadu, doubles as assistant Black Meteors Coach.
