Genoa president Enrico Preziosi has conceded that defender Andrea Ranocchia is Inter-bound in the winter transfer window.
Inter have been rumoured for some time to be interested in moving for the player, who they own half the rights to, in January rather than the summer, as originally expected. However, Walter Samuel's season-ending injury will force Inter to push a move through now, according to Football Italia.
Meanwhile, Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani will also be holding talks with Preziosi, as the Rossoneri are looking to tie down Kevin Prince Boateng to a permanent deal.
Boateng is currently on loan from Genoa and Galliani is set to offer Alberto Paloschi into the bargain as the player has already agreed a deal to move from Parma to Liguria on a co-ownership deal with the Diavolo.
