Public health inspectors from the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) on Wednesday moved to Chorkor Mantsulumli, and Alomo Junction in the Ablekuma South Sub-metro of the Great Accra Region to educate fish mongers on how to reduce smoke that emanates from their activities.
The officers were led by the Public Health Director, Madam Florence Kuukyi, who interacted with them and cautioned those who were operating under unhygienic conditions.
Madam Kuukyi launched the 2024 edition of the Joy Clean Ghana Campaign which will mostly focus on air pollution.
