Lorient forward Jordan Ayew has revealed he has dreams of playing in the German Bundesliga before bringing his career to an end.
The 22 year old has been the subject of much transfer speculation with top European clubs vying for his signature including German giants Dortmund.
The striker has been linked to reunite with coach Herve Renard at Lille this summer, with the ex-Ivory Coast coach admitting that he is a keen admirer of the Ghana international.
Jordan, however, hints that he might prefer to try another league, with Dortmund proving to be an attractive side.
"I can very well imagine playing in Germany. The Bundesliga is one of the strongest leagues in the world," Jordan told the Sports Bild.
"Negotiations are still ongoing with several top European clubs. However,my dream is to play in the Bundesliga.”
Dortmund will be ready to snap up Jordan, who they see as an ideal replacement for Ciro Immobile. The Italian striker joined Europa League Champions Sevilla this summer.
Jordan signed for Lorient on a permanent deal from Olympique Marseille in July 2014. He had an impressive season bagging 12 goals for Les Merlus.
Jordan Ayew has three years remaining on his contract with Lorient.
