The newly appointed Assistant Black Stars coach, John Paintsil has sued four sports journalists and three media entities for defamation.
The defendants, who include Patrick Osei Agyemang (also known as Countryman Songo), Christopher Nimley, Saddick Adams, and Veronica Commey, are being sued for allegedly making unfounded claims about Mr. Paintsil’s qualifications for his new role.
Again, Omni Media Limited, Angel Broadcasting Network, and Multimedia Group have been served with a writ.
They have been given eight days to respond and enter an appearance in court.
