The Vice-President, John Mahama is expected to leave Accra on Friday, for the second World Investment Forum to be held in China.
The biennial forum, which starts from September 6 and ends on September 9, 2010, is a global forum on investment and development issues organized by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
The second forum is being organized to coincide with the 14th China International Fair on Trade and Investment.
More than 1,000 participants, including Heads of States, government officials and private business executives of global companies are expected to deliberate on the challenges and opportunities associated with the recent global economic crisis and the ever-growing crucial climate change.
