Jese Rodriguez scored the winner on his debut as Stoke City defeated Arsenal 1-0 with a resolute effort.
The Spaniard joined on loan from PSG on Wednesday, but got off to the dream start when he latched onto Saido Berahino's through ball 90 seconds after half-time to finish past Petr Cech.

Stoke had their chances but they were grateful to Jack Butland in goal for a series of superb saves as well as an impressive performance from the on-loan Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma.
For Arsenal Aaron Ramsey and Mesut Ozil did their best to try and create something but they just couldn't find a way through.
Record-signing Alexandre Lacazette had the ball in the net late on with a thunderous finish following a wonderful flick from substitute Olivier Giroud but it was ruled out for offside.
