The 2024 flagbearer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has pledged to repair the economic damage caused by the Akufo-Addo administration if elected in the December 2024 election.
Mr Mahama criticised the current government for its gross incompetence in managing the state.
In a post on X on Wednesday, June 5, Mr Mahama asserted that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government has been clueless and unworthy of continuing in power.

He stressed the need for change to address the country's pressing issues.
The former president vowed to reset and repair the damage inflicted by the NPP government, focusing on improving the lives of Ghanaians.
