Ahead of the 2024 general elections scheduled for December 7th, dancehall musician Stonebwoy has revealed that he has been approached by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to perform at their campaign rallies.
In a recent interview on Hitz FM, Stonebwoy shared that while he has not yet engaged directly with any NDC representatives, he is considering the offer based on financial terms.
He noted that "if the conditions are favorable, he would gladly perform for his fans, using part of the earnings to support his annual Bhim Festival."
In addition to discussing the campaign performance offer, Stonebwoy took the opportunity to stress the importance of peace during the election period.
He firmly stated, "When you see me on any platform, I’m performing for peace, whether NPP, NDC, or CPP, it’s for peace because we are one Ghana. Ghana first, Ghana must win in the end."
