The Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP) has issued guidelines for HR management in the workplace in the face of the Covid–19 pandemic.
According to the Institute, as part of measures to mitigate the negative impact of the pandemic on the operations of organisations, its members and HR practitioners across Ghana should follow key guidelines listed in the document below.
