Head Coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Maxwell Konadu says he is staying put at Kotoko.
The Ghana Football Association announced a 25 man shortlist for the other national teams without the name of Coach Maxwell Konadu but it appears the Kumasi Asante Kotoko coach did not apply.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s Sports Morning Show on Tuesday, Konadu stated that, he is currently comfortable with what he has started at Kotoko and will not want anything to derail his effort.
According to him, working for any of the national teams is an honour but at this time of his career, it will be better for him to make his mark at Kotoko.
In a related issue, Coach Maxwell Konadu said he is still working around the clock to get Kotoko to an appreciable height and does acknowledge the rousing support the teeming fans are giving him.
