There are mixed reactions on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, as Ghanaians express their displeasure regarding the match between the Black Stars of Ghana and the Pharaohs of Egypt.
The Black Stars drew 2-2 against the Pharaohs in their second group-stage match of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) on Thursday, January 18.
Expectations were high among Ghanaians for the Black Stars to clinch their first victory in the group stage against the Egyptians. However, individual errors from the team led to conceding two goals.
Regarding this outcome, some Ghanaian celebrities openly expressed their dissatisfaction with the Black Stars for settling for a draw against the Pharaohs.
Presently, reactions on the micro-blogging site showcase a mix of sentiments, with many comments pointing fingers at the players, the coach, and the technical team for failing to secure the three points and handing goals to their opponents on a silver platter.

All our goals were fantastic, and the other two we conceded were caused by us.
