Young and vibrant business mogul and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of H&M Manufacturing Limited, Charles Hanna has been named as one of the recipients of the 100 Most influential People Awards (MIPA), 2024.
The esteemed recognition underscores his exceptional leadership which started when he joined his father to establish one of Ghana’s leading Construction and Civil Engineering Companies, Finicia Construction Works Limited back in 2000.
Charles’s passion for construction, architecture and interior design eventually led him and his brothers to establish H&M Manufacturing, a company which had made a remarkable and rapid ascent in Ghana's construction, interior design and furniture manufacturing landscape.
Held at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, the 2nd edition of the “100 Most influential People Awards, 2024”, organised by The Business Executive Group seeks to honour and celebrate outstanding personalities in Ghana whose professional expertise, experience and accomplishments have made them highly influential in the social, economic, political and cultural life of the country.

The event was attended by high-profile dignitaries, including representatives from the Ghana government, members of the diplomatic corps, and traditional leaders.
H&M Manufacturing, under Mr Charles Hanna's direction, has redefined business with a customer- centric approach and innovative service delivery.
The company’s aim is to design and manufacture furniture of international standard and quality and thus reduce the need for Ghanaians to import quality furniture.
