Ghana defender Harrison Afful is hoping to make a mark at this year’s club world cup championship in Japan. Harrison Afful’s brilliant goal claimed the CAF champions’ league title in a 1-0 victory over Morocco’s Wydad Casablanca three weeks ago.
He told JOY Sports that Esperance are well prepared to shock the likes of European champions Barcelona and South America champions Santos.
“It’s a dream come true for me and I hope I will be able to make a mark in this tournament,” said Afful
The African representative will play Asian club championships side Al Saad in their opener on December 8.
